Wine Park, Yalta, Crimea
The park will occupy an area of 22.8 thousand square meters near the hotel Mriya Resort & Spa. The project provides for the construction of a building with an area of 16.1 thousand square meters with one above ground and four underground floors. It will house a winery, a cheese factory, tasting rooms, a restaurant, a club, a shop, a conference room etc.
Concert Hall, Skolkovo
Construction of a concert hall for Cirque du Soleil in Skolkovo is scheduled for completion in 2019. The hall for 25 thousand seats will become the main venue of the Cirque du Soleil team for tours in Russia. The first performance of the artists at the new venue can take place as early as next December.
